Wow...It's been another year

wow....last post was over a year ago. hahaha....
This year I got an oven for my birthday present from pandaman. It's the beginning of our "hopefully" new career in Australia, if we can move there. We hope to open a small B&B and Cafe' in Melbourne.
The first food we cooked with this oven is soft oatmeal raisin cookie which he got the recipe from the internet. (need to reduce Cinnamon and sugar). The first batch is burned. hahaha.... It should be top and bottom heat and put the tray in the middle. PDM insist to put the tray at the bottom and said the smoke that came out is the steam. lol.....Finally we got it just right and it taste perfect.
I did not expect an oven when he text me when I was in Europe and ask if I wanna start learn cooking and baking. I though he will buy me a cooking class but it's an oven. I love it anyway coz I never have any.
For Europe trip, I went to Prague, Vienna, Venice and Munich from 7-22 March with the girls. It was fantastic.
Next year plan is Spain or Finland.
